FAQ

Q: How old do you have to be to attend a concert?

A: Most shows are 16+ with valid ID and teens under 16 with parent. See ticket purchase page to determine age restrictions. We do not allow anyone under age 13 attend any show.

Q: What are your hours?

A: We are only open for events and each show has a specific time for doors/show. See ticket purchase page to determine show times.

Q: My dog ate my ticket, can I still get in?

A: If you purchased a ticket online using a credit card, bring your ID & Credit Card to the box office window and we will re-print it for you. If you did not purchase online, we cannot help you recover this.

Q: I bought a ticket from Stubhub or Vivid Seats or some other 3rd party and my ticket doesn’t work, what can I do?

A: Only purchase tickets from the venue or artist website, Ticketweb, or Ticketmaster. If you purchase from a 3rd party and the barcode does not scan, you must purchase a ticket from our box office to get in (if the show is sold-out, there is nothing we can do). You will have to contact the place you purchased the ticket from to request a refund.
